I will say that Maggies first grooming wasn't her greatest. She had mats that I didn't realize in her neck area and the groomer had to try to get them out, obviously neither groomer nor puppy liked that part. She didn't like it and I think they just didn't do a complete job (her chest was left longish too...style or dog had enough?) because she had had enough by then. They should have explained to you if there was a problem. Maybe they didn't know it was the first grooming and didn't want to tell you they had trouble because it would make them look bad?
Or, the person is just not a good groomer! Inexperienced? |
