Picked up a container of chicken salad yesterday at the deli in the grocery story and made myself ANOTHER chicken salad sandwich on Oroweat Sandwich Thins today for lunch. Had that with 3 Bread and Butter pickle slices and Diet Coke. I cannot get enough of chicken salad sandwiches these last many months. WHAT is up with me??? And this batch has the sharpest mayonnaise flavor in it and huge wonderful chunks of white chicken meat and celery, apples, black olives and I don't know what all else. It is so good. But, jeez, it is like 300 calories for just the chicken salad portion and the sandwich thins are I think 90 or 100 calories so that's a bunch of cals for a meal for somebody my size. And I haven't looked but I know the mayo puts a lot of fat into the meal!
