I would wait until hes about 7 months old to have him neutered!! I would imagine he still has some growing to do.... It will worry you no matter how old they are though!! I just recently had my 2.8 pound baby girl spayed...she did great!! As far as growth...they are all different! My oldest Bevo, was around 4 pounds and then suddenly hit a growth spurt when he was about 13 months old.. He now weighs 6 pounds at 3 1/2 yrs. Our little one, Bryleigh, hasnt hardly grown at all since she was about 4 months old. She will be 1 in June.... so she hopefully still may grow some!
