. I don't think watery eyes necessarily means anything terrible she could have food or environmental allergies or she could just be reacting to the hair poking her eyes. Biting is a puppy thing and just about all puppies are doing to do it even if the boy is not doing it now more then likely he still will at some point it is something you have to train them not to do.
