We had him to the ER Vet within 40 min of swallowing the bully stick. It is about a 20-25 min drive from here. I want to tell every one that Mickey did not have any of the classic symptoms of having a blockage. He was just panting and shaking like scared.
We just knew something was not right and left for the vet on that gut feeling.
The vet did not feel the bully stick. If it were not for the x-ray...
It could have been so much worse. 
I am going to get some of the nylabones today.
Vet says no more bully sticks.

This is a very good point.
I'm so glad you trusted your instincts and brought Mickey into the ER, and I am very happy to hear he is back home and doing so well!
