Hey Girl! Although I like to eat meat, I have trouble touching it in it's raw form. That's why this recipe works for me, I can get the meat into the pan and cook it without having to actually touch it. So might not be too challenging for you to make.

I do use green beans instead of corn....Actually making it tonight, So I may have to try it with corn!

I bet it would be good with green beans. I'll have to try that one time. DH prefers green beans to corn ...I dont' get that, but oh well.
