A professional cleaning and exam for potential other rotten teeth are necessary.
For daily maintenance, I like CET toothpaste and chews (supervise with the chews closely, they are a choking hazard). I also started using a dental wipe that I think is much better than the Dr. Foster pads (which I used when Max was a pup).
