Speaking of Barbie "taking up" one of Ken's friends....when I was little....I had the Barbies and Ken....BUT my brothers had the full size GI Joe's. My Barbie preferred HIS company

Think it was the scar. Btw, I called him MIKE instead of Joe....LOL
