I have 3 Walmarts within 10 miles......2 have large pet depts and one sucks! Of course that's the one closest to me. When I can, I go to either of the others. The closest one NEVER puts their small amount of clothes on sale, and harnesses, forget about it. They have been out of stock for over a year. They seem to just have enough of the other things to let them get by....

Ross Dress for Less has wonderfully, inexpensive, pet dept, even though not alot of things, but very good! Sooo...if you have a Ross nearby, try there! I found out about it here on YT.
