I have four babies...both males sleep in their belly bands and both females sleep in their panties. They all sleep in my bed and therefore there are no accidents. Mine range in age from 5 months to 10 months and all have done fine wearing them. They have wet in the night but the padding in them keeps it from going through to my bed! I get up and let them off the bed, take off their "stuff", take them outside and they do their business.
