Let me start by saying that I agree, tinies can be in excellent health, and play and do all the normal yorkie things. They shouldn't ALL be classified as unhealthy by any means.
If there are 2 yorkies though, one 7lb and a 2lb and they both fall of the bed or couch and break a leg...If they both need surgery, the 7lber has a good chance of doing fine under anesthesia. Whereas a 2 lb yorkie going under anesthesia is much more dangerous and probably harder to repair their bone injury.
That's one of the things that would be scary to me...By no means does it mean that I wouldn't own a tiny and it doesn't mean they're unhealthy, just a bit more fragile as far as that's concerned. It's obvious that one would have to be a bit more careful with them.
I also agree with what was said about breeding for tinies...That is not a practice that I support at all. If you want a tiny, get one from a standard female.
