Cathy, that sounds so scarey. So glad he is feeling better after benadryl and steroids. Poor little boy.
I'm not sure what insects are in your neck of the woods, but around here we have biting spiders. I knew a gal whose dog all of a sudden had his foot swell. He couldn't ambulate on it - really blew up. She took him to the vet and it was a spider bite. Vet told her to watch her other pets bc sometimes they are allergic to these bites. Just thought I'd share. Hopefully, you and your vet can figure out the cause of these episodes. Poor little Teddy. Give him hugs from me and the girls. |
