Is there a possibility that Nan is having a health problem that you are unaware of ? A woman who lives down the street from me used to walk her dog daily & one day her dog just would not go farther then a few houses from home & this happened 3 or 4 days in a row. The next time I saw her she told me she made an appt for Sam ( the dog ) to see the vet but it was for the following wk as Rose (the lady ) had a Dr. appt on friday & this was thursday that she was telling me this. Rose had her Dr. appt & it turns out that she was having heart trouble. Rose took Sam to her appt & could find nothing wrong with the dog but after Rose started taking meds for her heart she started walking Sam again & Sam was fine. I think Sam was sensing that there was something wrong with Rose & is why she wouldn't go far for those few days. |
