The zebra dress is just one dress. I just wanted to show the tutu on it.
It was a custom for Rosie from Prissy Paw Fashions. The blue one I purchased from someone here at YT but don't remember who? It was one of my first (of many) purchases.
But it fits Rosie perfectly. Rosie's measurements are:
Neck: 10 inches
Girth: 13 inches
Length: 13 inches
5 1/2 lb
They both have the velcro closure on the neck and girth. Let me know if you have any more questions.
