I just could not be a vet and do this to a door whose only offense was he was in the way or inconvenient. I just couldn't. I know some owners might fear that their dogs, once given up, might go to a home where it might suffer terrible horrors and then death but how can they not, if the dog is not terribly ill, at least give it a chance that it will at least likely go to a good home?
