I was wondering , this happened to 1 i know, does this count as a rape or not??
She was meeting her friend (well she thought he was her friend), just for a cup of coffee and nothing more, he drove to a place that no one was , and they had sex but she didn't want do, but though she could not say no cause she was scared of him.
Would this count as rape or not??
