My personal opinion is that he is a Yorkie. Silkies are very different... All Yorkies are not made from a cookie cutter pattern, so there are all sizes, all colors, ears erect, ears floppy, hair silky or cotton, hair straight or somewhat curly, and many other things....looks like he is going to be silver and gold, a pretty color combination.
