an x pen, enogh room to be confortable but confined enogh not to jump and open the stiches, the baby onesies work wonderfully, or the Kiss E Collar, my harry was neutered last month and he is an escape artist, he can get off any onesie, so I got a Kiss E Collar from Bo and it worked wonderfull and when I had to do something that I could not watch him I put him in the x pen, and at night I did crate him .
