Yes, the vet student that has been assigned to her this week has really fallen for her. She called tonight and said that Cali is starting to get excited when she cares for her...Cali is getting to know her and giving her kisses and such. I gave this particular student a note to put on her cage or chart (whichever they could) and it read as follows:
Hi! I'm Cali. Things I like are: 1. my ears scratched 2. giving lots of kisses, if you'll let me 3. being loved 4. playing ball with my daddy and little sis, Mia Please help me get better so I can go home and play ball with my family. Thank you, Cali
When the student called tonight, she told my husband she scratched Cali's ears for us!!!
