How do you go about finding a good vet? Is there somewhere you can check them out? How do you NOT to go to a certain vet? I know of the obvious but I was wondering is there a site to check these things.

Also I've seen a link more than once referring US to a site where you can find a specialist etc., I thought I had it memorized...does anyone know what that site is?
