Thank you for your replies and really reinforcing what I was already thinking! I probably wouldn't be able to go through with this without consulting with the cardio, and then I think I have to insist on another ekg and echo too?...how about the sonogram?

This is such unfamiliar territory for me (heart issues) that I'm afraid of too much or too little in the way of tests. I don't regret having all of those tests done previously (3x) but do I need to do them all again, how do I know?

I guess I will just go to the vet appt., then make a cardio appt and go from there, if I'm not comfortable I will go with my gut...uggghhhh sometimes I feel so insecure. Its so easy to offer advice but different when its your own!
