I got all the iron on decals at Michaels or Joann's Fabrics on sale. None of them cost more than $2.00. Some of them came with two in the pack. It was fun to do and so easy. I found if you put the tension on your sewing machine a bit tighter, when you sew the hem, it kind of makes it look like a ruffle. You should see her prance around. "Hey everybody, look at me!"
