Perrella for walking I use a harness similiar to what I think you are talking about it has a velcro back closure, then a buckle and a d ring on each side of the vest that comes together when you close everything up. It is a great design and very secure for walking so I am looking for a modified version of that that has one d ring and no buckles. I know it sounds weird but she goes in and out a lot and I keep the tie out cord attached to her potty harness so the quicker and easier the better. Thanks guys i knew you would have some ideas. Okay, I think I got it.... I'll work on the sample tonight, after I finish Zhoie's dress.... Think about what type of material you would like and what color and any embellishments....
