we just got our 3rd yorkie too...we have 2 adult females and now Bentley...We had Sadie for a year before we got Lillie...Sadie is Alpha girl...she DID NOT like Lillie AT ALL!! matter of fact it broke my heart to the point where I thought..."what have I done"! Once Lillie was here....she was here to stay...there was NO WAY I could return her...I kept them separated during the day and when I was home I would cuddle Sadie more than Lillie (which was REALLY hard!)...Lillie was the cutest little ball of fur! Lillie was a whiner/baby....if she got her toe nail stuck in her hair she would yelp...Sadie would pounce on her!! and attack her!! It took weeks for her to warm up to Lillie...Sadie is now 7 yrs and Lillie 6 yrs and to this day if Lillie yelps for any reason Sadie still goes after her...I spoke to the vet about this and she told me it is a domination thing...I always know when Sadie will do this so If I know it's going to happen I am right on her IMMEDIATELY!! I don't let it happen...you can see the look in her eyes and her little tongue sticks out and shakes...She doesn't do this as often as she used to ...they are buds now....Bentley is a whiner too...but, if he yelps...(he's a cry baby! ) Both girls run to him but don't touch him...Not sure if it's because he's a pup (7months old)...or a male....I really wanted another female...We decided on a male because we felt it was a better mix... I would give it a little more time...try to stop it before it happens and give her more attention,...I'm sure with time it will get better.....
