It sounds like there are alot of variables here. How did you introduce them? How are you treating them as a group? Your daughter taking care of the pup most of the time and keeping it away from the others can definitely cause problems. Please read the thread and get some professional advice from a dog behavioralist. It will be worth the expense, if you can't or aren't willing to take the time and energy and expense it will take to undo what has already taken place then please make sure you do what is right for the pup, sometimes it hurts but the pups welfare and your other pups as well, need to be the priority. They are dependent on you to do the right things for all of them. Good Luck hon, I hope it works out.
