I've never heard of a layaway plan for a said puppy has anyone else? Could you imagine the said Walmart were to refuse a refund on the said merchandise without refunding your said payments? With that being said she needs her head examined but of course it would be hard to do without a said Proctologist to help remove it from her said
uhhhmm. With that being said about the said breeder is this said situation I cannot imagine how the said downpaymenter would agree to the said arrangements.
Just a final thought about the said payment plan.....she forgot to mention that the said payments are being spent as quickly as they are made by the said purchaser of the said puppy so there wouldn't be any said money to refund for the said puppy if the said buyer were to decide that the said puppy were not for them.
