I agree, No on the electric fence. I have heard too many horror stories of larger dogs killing the little ones in the E fence as the little one will not run past the E fence for fear of being zapped & ends up dead because of it & the same goes with tying a dog out, it can not escape aggressive dogs so just not safe or fait.
They need a real fence period. |
