Wow- it sounds like your neighbor needs to do some training! Peanut use to bolt out of the door- He did that in his young days, probably like 1-2 I just worked with him and taught him just because the door is open doesn't mean you fly out of it!! He is really good now, I guess he is getting older and wiser at 4
People are so lazy now a days! I feel bad they are getting another puppy when they cant even train this one!
