I would think perhaps 1/4 cup twice/day is about right. I give canned RX food to some of my pups. I have a 3 lb foster right now who eats about 1/8 cup twice per day....and a 7 pound foster who eats 1/4 cup twice/day. I would think that it is not going to hurt her to have a little extra! If you see her gaining or losing, you can adjust it. That is what I usually do with all of my pups.
