No it is a Bounce puppy shampoo, conditioner and grooming spray, it honestly smells better to me than the Yorkie Splash shampoo and conditioner. I just used them on Prissy and not sure I am liking the smell of the Yorkie Splash but the Yorkie sheen detangler smells wonderful..Not sure if maybe it is b/c this is first time shampooing with the Yorkie Splash or what...or maybe Prissy's body chemistry does do well with it. I will try it again next week and see.
