Well the Buddy Belt expert (Kristin- Maximo) mentioned it to me, and I agree. It looks like she could wear it tighter. It will soften up a bit as she wears it, and you will be able to put it on tighter as it wears. Couver's BB has molded to his body more and he can wear it a bit tighter than when he first got it.
