I think I like the shaved look! He is so cute in that pic you shared!!!! But I too would give him a bath when you can and think about it. But if you do decide to trim it, it will grow back if you want it to later. That is what I tell my husband when I trim his hair...'if I mess up, it will grow back.' LOL
