Many dogs don't do well with the red dye, after we took away the red dye treats, he cleared up for awhile and then it started all over again so we had to think what may have set it off and DH had given him some chicken. So no more chicken and he is doing great...
If they are itching you can give them a half of a Benedryl once in the morning and once in the evening...well check with your vet first, but that is what I did with Yoshi for awhile and then had to get a prescription for him. I hope this helps..
