Oh my gosh! I am so so very sorry that your trip was a diaster. I cannot believe what happed to your daughter. I am in shock! You have every right to be livid. I am almost afraid to ask, but is this your daughter that is suffering from an eating disorder?
Also, I wonder if it is a publically traded company? If so, you might be able to get more information about the higher ups of the company and write to someone who will actually do something to compensate for your distress.
