I'm sorry for your baby. That doesn't seem right to me. I'd bring her to another vet for a second oppinion. Do you have any specialty hospitals in your area? It could be a lot of things causing it. Neorological or Orthoapedic. A back injury such as a slipped disk could also cause her not to be able to use her back legs. please, take her to another vet, preferable someone highly respected in your area or a specialty hospital.
