I agree with you on that point.

When Bark Busters came to my home I did ask the question as to Brian Damage and she started laughing saying "NO WAY" it was just a shy dog.

I also agree that these trainers are not medical people but I was still sold a training programme I did not need and this was on the advice of an expert.

I am not placing blame I just feel angry that I was never advised to seek the opinion of a vet before they took my money I believed what the "expert" told me.

No matter what the reason for miss selling a contract it was in the end miss sold and I feel I am entitled to a refund but Bark Busters do not agree with me.
