Hoping Sandie is better today, maybe she is in pain, When I had my Harrison neutered a few weeks ago, he vet told me because of his age 8 years to give him his pain medication for 3 days after surgery, he explain to me that because of his age he will take a bit longer to heal than the pups. so maybe you want to call your vet and ask him if that is a posibility with Sandie..
