Satellite is adorable! It is recommended that the upper one-third tip of the ear be trimmed/shaved in order to take some of the weight off of the ear. This will help the ear to stand. Some peohaver trim/shave the entire ear. Once it stands on its own, you can let the hair grow again. I used blue painters tape on my baby's ears and had to re-do them several times because she kept scratching them. Along with trimming the ear hair and taping, the ears finally stood. The ears will go up and down while they are teething so don't panic. My vet suggested massaging the ear cartilage to stimulate the ear. Hope this helps.
