Thanks Good advice, unfortunatley I"ve already tried distracting her already with toys, treats etc, I even took the pillow away one night and waited until she settled down to sleep, she looked at me all worried and knew it was missing and wouldn't settle down to sleep, it seems to soothe her before she's ready for bed, lol, it's the only time she licks things, hoping where she's only 20 weeks still that she'll grow out of it as an adult and it's just a phase
