A woman in Houston did the same thing last year. During a fit of anger she threw her boyfriend's two month old puppy from a third floor balcony. The puppy lived and has been adopted to a good home. I don't know if the woman has had her day in court yet. I am continuously amazed at the cruel humans that walk among us.
