LadyJane, Yes he saw the new doctor yesterday..The reason we chose her is because his eye doctor (vet optho) recommended them..They spent quite a bit of time examining him (much more than the first Dr.) And would have done the xray then but he was panting so hard and nervous..She said he had to be completely still for digital xrays.....She was going to send me home with a tranquilizer pill that I could give him in the morning and bring him back more calm...Or she could just give him a tranquilizer shot there...But I would have to leave him as he needs to be "woke up" afterwards...which kind of freaked me out.....She did say lets get all the medicine out of his system and see if his personality gets back to normal first.....Im just waiting for him to wake up today and see if he looks any better... |
