I don't know why all I know is I learned it here, Libbys 100% pumpkin can be found in the baking aisle at your grocery, I would say a 1/2 tsp or so mixed with food. It works, theres a thread here somewhere about it, trying searching pumpkin....and...I am sure the experiences pros will be around soon, don't panic yet...!
