This shows the shops listed in the "sticky" section of the Yorkie items for sale section on YT. Some are very exclusive. Walmart has some nylon like winter coats on sale. Ebay also has some reasonable raincoats. I live in NYS also and Gracie has been wearing her winter coat outside. We had some snow and wind today so we took some really short walks!
