I think at this time you would benefit from talking and working with a dog trainer, you are a very new puppy parent and she is sensing that she right now, and she is taking charge, she needs to be be thought that she is not in charge, if you can't even figure out how to put the harness a good dog trainer can teach you the right way of doing things before she gets more out of hand.. just my .02 cents..
