Angry What merchant services company do you use for your online sales?

Long story short, we use Google checkout, which is built into the Weebly site we use for our site. A customer wanted to purchase online but have her daughter pick up in store. Not only did I refund the shipping, but also gave a $50 discount. Now I get an email from Google saying the customer is disputing the charge, the entire charge including what I had refunded. Google is asking for proof of shipment, well it was an in store pick up, it was not shipped.

I have a feeling they will side with the customer. Totally unfair. Not only that, Google will charge me $10 for the chargeback, even though they said the transaction passed all risk checks. If this is the case, I will no longer use Google checkout. It's too expensive anyway. 2.9% PLUS $0.30 of each transaction.

So what company do you use, and will I have to move my website from weebly to use it?

Oh also I called the phone number and the person who answered acted like they didn't who I was asking for.
