What you are describing almost sounds like flea dander. Maybe clean her again real good and if it happens again, take her to the vet and let them look at it. Could you possibly have fleas in your carpet, if you have carpet? Just guessing but fleas can be hard to get rid of and they say they really are once they get in your house and carpet. Good luck and hope you find out what it is.

I am 100% sure she dosent have fleas.
