I know that you have said but I need to confirm. You went to a Neurologist & not just a vet ? They did an MRI & Spinal Tapp ? & your dog is really only a youngster ? It is possible but not likely that your dog has a brain tumor. It is most likely a subarachnoid cyst caused by build up of spinal fluid, caused by a Chiari malformation at the base of the skull. The other possibility would be Cushings which causes a tumor either on the adrenals OR the Pituitary & most often the Pituitary which is in the brain. Cushings can be treated but needs to be tested for by Blood. Did they give a name to the tumor & if so what is it ? If you don't know then def call & ask them.If this is a subarachnoid cyst then there is Treatment of very little expense.
