No, I don't use pee pads and never have. I have 2 other dogs and all the dogs have been trained to do their business outside. We have other area carpets in the house, one located very close to this one, but Sprite has never marked or had any kind of accident on that carpet. It's made of synthetic fibers, not natural wool. I didn't realize at first that she was peeing on the new carpet since the stains didn't show. I caught her in the act one day about a week after I got the carpet, and then realized that there were little pee stains all over
. They were very hard to see since they're almost the exact colour of the carpet. I steam cleaned the whole carpet (10 x 12 ft) but it's been a losing battle ever since and now she's pooping on it too. I guess I better stick to synthetic carpets from now!
