Just the amoxi may work, but it's not something I'm too familiar with because most vets use Clavamox (added drug to inhibit bacteria from making amoxi ineffective). It's generally considered a much better choice in dogs. And sometimes that doesn't work. So then you'd be looking at the quinolones, baytril, the cephalosporins, etc. This is not normal. I would take her in tonight.
