I would demand to see the video they are talking about and bring in several pictures to compare. I know reimbursement will not grow it back, but I still would be livid especially since they are calling you a liar. IMO they need to reimburse you in cash and then give you a store credit (not for grooming but for product) Tell them you will camp out in front of the store telling everyone that enters your story. Does Petco have a facebook page?
